Adorn-iq Replacement Policy

At Adorn-iq, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewellery goes through quality check and you receive is in its best condition. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise during transit. Below is our replacement policy to address such situations:

  1. Damaged Product Reporting:
    If you receive a damaged product, please report the issue to us immediately upon receiving your request. We require an unboxing video showing the entire process of opening the package within 6 hours of receiving the package to validate the claim.

  2. Returning the Damaged Item:
    Once the damage is confirmed, you must send the damaged item back in its original packaging box send by us. Please share the tracking details of the return shipment with us on Whatsapp or email.

  3. Replacement Approval:
    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will provide a 30% coupon of the product's value for future purchases. This offer is made on an exceptional basis, and only when all conditions, including the provision of an unboxing video, is met.

  4. Shipping Charges:
    For approved replacement requests, Incase we have to create/book the return shipment, customer is required to bear a shipping charge of Rs. 100/-. 

  5. If Customer is shipping the damaged item, it has to be prepaid.

  1. Exceptions:
    In cases where the damage is reported promptly and the customer's trust in our brand is evident, we may choose to offer a replacement of the same product if available or 60% coupon of the product's value for future purchase as a gesture of goodwill.
