Non Delivered Return Policy
Return Policy for Prepaid and Partial COD Orders
If a package is returned to us due to the customer's fault—such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address, invalid contact details, failing to pick up calls, or rejecting the parcel—the following policies will apply:
Prepaid Orders:
- The refund amount will be processed after deducting two-way shipping charges of ₹240/- and a 5% restocking fee (to account for inventory hold).
- The refund will be initiated within 5–7 days of the returned parcel reaching us.
Partial COD Orders:
- The above deductions (₹240/- two-way shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee) will apply to the advance payment as well.
- If the advance payment amount is less than the deductions, no refund will be issued.
Important: Amount will be refunded in the form of a Gift Card to the customer's Adorn-iq store account only.
Reshipping Policy:
If the customer requests the parcel to be reshipped, an additional shipping fee of ₹149/- or less (depending on the delivery Pincode) must be paid before the parcel is dispatched again.
This policy applies to ensure smooth order processing, fair handling of returns, and inventory management for all customers.
